Toll Group & PVH celebrate launch new world class automation - Kemps Creek, Sydney NSW

World class automation capability at Kemps Creek supports PVH’s iconic global brands Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Van Heusen.

Sydney, Australia – Toll Group and PVH celebrate their successful collaboration and the extension of their multi-year strategic partnership at Toll’s new state-of-the-art retail fulfilment centre in Kemps Creek.

The milestone follows a three-year journey to automate PVH’s fulfilment operations, transitioning from multiple sites with highly manual processes to a single, purpose-built, scalable automated model.

Nick Vrckovski, President Retail & Consumer, Toll Group, said the celebration reflects their shared vision and unwavering commitment to customer excellence.

The solution integrates goods-to-person technology, automated packing, e-commerce and end-to-end process optimisation to improve throughput, accuracy and consistency, while supporting safer and more responsive service delivery.

“This transformation is not just about automation. It is about building a smarter, safer and more resilient supply chain for the future. For our customers, it means faster speed to market, greater consistency and the flexibility to scale as demand evolves,” Mr Vrckovski said.

The automation capability forms part of Toll’s broader $250 million Kemps Creek retail fulfilment centre, scheduled to officially open in July 2026.
